Refilling: Top-fill design. Remove the mouthpiece and fill with e-liquid through the side filling holes.
Important for first use:

Allow the new pod to soak in e-liquid for 5-10 minutes after the first fill before using it. This ensures the cotton is fully saturated and prevents the coil from burning out.
